24.01.2022 We are again bursting at the seams this week at Early Falcon Spares. Our unrestored XK Deluxe, build no 987 finally arrived from the west this week while the XP ute is getting closer to being finished and looking great. We also made time to add some more great memorabilia items to the showroom for those who visit and collect parts in person.

23.01.2022 A rainy Melbourne afternoon spent trial fitting some of our new products soon to hit the market. We have been working on the components to fix boot locks and latches. New boot lock housing inner rods that have been extended longer than factory for ease of fitment.... The swivel end of the rod that is exposed is almost done now as pictured. Both components will work together as a pair and also use just one piece as they fit with genuine parts. So getting those locks working again will be no problem. Next step is the wire spring that attaches to the latch.

23.01.2022 A well earned quiet few days at Early Falcon Spares this weekend. It was necessary though as this week we will finalise the XL Squire Wagon and then look at what path our XK sedan will take. All the while maintaining our daily orders. 22.01.2022 It's been very busy behind the scenes at Early Falcon Spares the last few months. Not only have we been expanding our range on the website while finishing off the Futura and Squire we have also been manufacturing a few new products. Some of the first samples are starting to come through like our XR-Y fuel spill trays, Passenger side XL lower guard badges, XL XM wagon tailgate badge and concours plastic handbrake handles reinforced with metal like original. We also pick up our XL-P Masonite parcel trays on Friday.

21.01.2022 Another sample of the XL XM wagon tailgate badge arrived, this time in for some trial fitting before the insert and backing plate are cut to size. Exciting times at Early Falcon Spares at the moment

20.01.2022 The chaos that is a Monday at Early Falcon Spares after a weekend of orders and emails is more than enough to keep us busy all day. So we decided to really push ourselves and shuffle cars around as-well, making sure our Brambles Red XW GS is ready to be delivered to its new owner later this week. www.earlyfalconspares.com.au

20.01.2022 A busy sunny Sunday at Early Falcon Spares today. A little preparation on the XL Squire before its put up forsale, getting our black XL Futura ready to refit it’s original door trims and exterior moulds and we also had a quick look over the XK sedan that came in yesterday. Picking up parts from us in Reservoir is still an option as long as it pre arranged.

20.01.2022 Well the sun was out in Victoria today. With the Black Squire receiving a few well deserved tidy ups, it gave us a good chance to take the Black Futura and White Squire for a drive. The White Squire is now ready to hit the market and move on to a new home. That should give us some time and money to start working on the XK. 19.01.2022 Another little something we have been working on of late. Until now all the parts we have reproduced have been factory original but this is something for those who prefer some customisation. 18.01.2022 A bit of a quiet week this week again at Early Falcon Spares. It seems the Victorian COVID19 restrictions are taking there toll. As a consequence we have adjusted our business trading hours so please check these out when trying to call or collect parts. On a brighter note we managed to do some more work in the show room and also received the long awaited XL XM tailgate badge.

17.01.2022 Early Falcon Spares are still open for pre arranged pick ups and worldwide shipping every day of the week during the Covid-19 period. It goes without saying that all social distancing rules apply when collecting parts from us. The new restrictions will at least give us time to finish off the showroom and get everything displayed on the walls so then we can fit our new exterior signage. 15.01.2022 A bits of rearranging at Early Falcon Spares this weekend. The coupe left and is headed to its new owner, along with some genuine goodies to help their project. A big thanks to Victor from Umbrella Towing once again. Now that’s gone we can continue the reassembly of our factory black XL Squire Wagon and maybe even bring the XP Ute down to the shop.

13.01.2022 Another week and some more new items in stock ready for purchase. Our newly reproduced front XL and XM indicator lens are now available as are our new handbrake handles. Both items look and feel just like original. Although the handbrake handles were made not bend and break like original, so we added extra metal reinforcing inside before they were coated in ABS plastic. www.earlyfalconspares.com.au

12.01.2022 A fresh sample arrived today of the newest product we are reproducing. Early Falcon Spares has remade the factory style XK and XL kick panels that allow you to use the original metal finishing strip. Locally made in Melbourne out of plastic they are ready to paint any colour required. As can be seen the grain is very close to original and being plastic they won’t break up like the original units do. We trial fitted them tonight in our XL squire wagon, these will be available very soon so keep checking www.earlyfalconspares.com.au

09.01.2022 Hi all, Following Monday’s announcement from the Victorian Government regarding Stage 4 restrictions we want to advise our customers what this means over the next 6 weeks. As of Close of business Wednesday 5/8/20 - Our new showroom will be closed to everyone. - Phone lines & emails are operating as normal as is our website and ebay store, Australia Post and Couriers will also be delivering your items as normal and pre arranged click and collect can be arranged if necessary.... Rest assured all current orders have already been fulfilled although some future orders may suffer delays as restrictions take place. We will endeavour to keep these delays to a minimum. 08.01.2022 A few busy days at Early Falcon Spares this week. We got the keys to the new factory and now the big move has started. Plenty of cleaning, painting, sorting and set up in the coming days. We also want to say a massive thanks to Sam from Bollards Direct who sorted us out with some extra security for the roller door today. We use their bollards at home and work for security as they are the best on the market!

08.01.2022 Much like how Victoria’s Covid restrictions are not stoping us from dispatching orders daily via both Australia Post and our Courier’s it’s also not stopping new products arriving. Check out the New Taillight Buckets that just arrived but even more exciting is the latest sample of our XM XL Wagon tailgate badge. 07.01.2022 So with the Early Falcon Nationals postponed we decided to use our time in isolation wisely and give the Black Squire so much needed TLC. Off for some paint touch ups this week then we finally get to screw on some of the NOS goodies we have been collecting over the years. It’s been all hands on deck getting it ready on time. Stay tuned for more pictures over the coming months.

07.01.2022 So 60 years ago today this happened! Does anyone know what happened to the early numbered cars? We have heard build number 3 is resting on a farm in rural NSW. Today were lucky enough to spend the day setting up the new showroom at Early Falcon Spares. Although not finished yet it’s coming together really well. After the showroom it’ll be time to tackle the store room which is also coming along well with some cool cars already in place.... We can’t wait for everyone to come and see the new space once it’s all finished! See more

03.01.2022 We were lucky enough to have Gerry call in to Early Falcon Spares today not once but twice. The second time he also brought his mint and very original XP Sedan so we could fit a rear venetian blind. Thanks for the visit and drive Gerry. We think the blind suits it perfectly.

03.01.2022 The newest member of the Early Falcon Spares family. A big thanks to Rob at Cleveland Spares for sorting us out with this cool drag car. It’s not what we normally own but a bit of fun for now before we pass the baton on and it finds a new home. The best bit is this rare bird can easily be converted back to a XM street car if wanted as most mods were done correct and will be easily undone, or continue to drag as it is.

02.01.2022 Early Falcon Spares will be closing at 12:00 tomorrow Friday the 27th of November for a much needed stocktake and general warehousing. We will re open as normal at 9:30 on Monday the 30th.

02.01.2022 Another week in Victorian isolation and some more new products, both ready to sell and also in for testing. Our later XR to XA owners and ZC ZD Fairlane owners this time round we now have budget style Z9 Autolite Oil filters which complement the concours version we already sell. 01.01.2022 So another bird flew the coop today. One of our XL Squires is off to a new home. One last family drive to the truck and it was farewell. Hopefully the new owner enjoys it as much as we did. Then the final touches to our new boot barrel shaft and latch were done and they are ready to hit the market. Lastly we trial fitted the sample of our new XL XM console brackets. A busy Sunday but nice to be doing something other than setting up the new factory. www.earlyfalconspares.com.au
