18.01.2022 Post podcast, post first time reel making, post weekend away with my family in the place I love most, lounging on the couch and it just hit me....I put way to much energy into the things I don’t want to do and not enough into the things I love. So this post whilst a reminder for you also is a way to keep myself accountable because I want each moment of my day/s to be sacred. I want to live in magic, which I know is completely possible but I chose not to and the truth is, it h...urts my bloody soul, and I can hear it, I can feel it but I still do all the things that don’t align with it. So this me taking a stance to say no more!!! No more to the things that don’t make me feel like magic, no more to the things that waste my energy instead of nurture it, no more to being a constant open vessel for everyone to take from. I am choosing me & I am choosing the things that make me feel sacred. Are you leaking energy into things that don’t serve you? People, places, things? Are you choosing others over yourself? 05.01.2022 Healing ancestral wounds has been one of the hardest and most liberating things I have done in this life. Reliving, purging, transmuting and alchemising the pain and trauma of all the women who have come before me, all whilst trying to find myself amongst it, amongst them. What do I let stay and what do I let go? What is me and what is them? What parts are mine to keep? What wisdom is mine to share? Seeing myself in the faces of each of them and the pride they reflect back t...o me that I am the one destroying cycles and birthing new ones. It’s a responsibility that I do not carry lightly, in fact it’s one I carry with more respect then I have anything else in my life. This work is not just my work, it’s work for the women before and the ones to come after. Healing the present while simultaneously healing the past and future. What an honour that I was chosen to be here and now. See more
