However, given the diverse spread of locations and composition of existing road pavements, consideration for alternative stabilising agents will be made at each site and provisions for the use of alternati...ves is included in the Attachment 3 - Detailed pricing schedule. The contractor may propose an alternative stabilisation agent (i.e. Cement) if it is believed that it is better suited to the site conditions.
