25.01.2022 Today’s Job: Truck Tarp/Canopy Cover for our client, UPS located in Tullamarine, Melbourne. The job involved a custom fabricated cover using our Titan 900 Reinforced PVC secured via tensioned pole pockets and rope tracks. This cover will provide many years of reliable protection for our client.

24.01.2022 This industrial application was for a series of heavy duty industrial sliding curtains for a truck depot in Campbellfield, Victoria. The weather proof sliding curtains provides protection for the outside storage area. The area is subject to very high winds so the curtains and structure needed to be over engineered . Location - Jesica Rd , Campbellfield. Material/S- 900GSM PVC , welded webbing straps , bearing rollers, stainless steel ratchet buckles.

23.01.2022 Another shipment of Australian Made PVC Tarps. Today we despatched a further 900kg of 610gsm reinforced PVC Tarps to our client in Darwin, Northern Territory - Australia. 22.01.2022 Fuchs Lubricants Sunshine, Victoria. This project required us to design a temperature resistant PVC cover for a series of oil mixing tanks (kettles). The large oil kettles have a tendency to spill hot oil during the mixing, loading and unloading of oils and lubricants and the protective covers we made helped contain the hot fluids from contaminating the surrounding work area. Material used was our Titan FC9 reinforced PVC with the covers attached to the tanks via a circular tensioned metal band.

17.01.2022 For those of you who have been watching this seasons "The Block" may have seen the large "Kennards Roofing Tarps" which were fabricated by our company. Made from our super strong Titan 680gsm Ripstop PVC, these Tarps started out as a plain white colour, which then were digitally printed on a grand format printer to the specific Kennards red. Each Tarp was fully heat-welded and eyeleted with stainless steel eyelets for superior strength.

09.01.2022 We were contacted by a client requesting that we manufacture and install a UV resistant Mesh cover to protect Livestock whilst in transit. The animals on the top deck of the truck were exposed to direct sunlight whilst in transit, resulting in some rather sunburnt pigs arriving at the abattoir. The material of choice was Monotec Mesh, an all Australian made shade cloth offering very good UV properties as well as very good dimensional stability. We fabricated the cover with do...uble stitched reinforcing to withstand the rough treatment the cover is subjected to whilst travelling along the highways. The result? A very satisfied customer and some very happy pigs! (until they realised they were heading to the abattoir)...

Rainwater flows through the fabric weave so that water pooling doesnt accumulate on top of the cover.
