Ecstatic dance gives you freedom to expand your awareness of your mind and body connection, awaken your spirit, restoring wholeness and unblocking your chi or life force energy. Ecstatic dance assist people into reconnecting to themselves and the elements as part of a whole rather then separated or alienated from that which we are. Connection to our community and the Earth, it is a Meditative moment and has transformed my life and how I live on ...a day to day basis. By cultivating and spreading a practice of self love we will ultimately return to the earth and the garden of Eden as she was always meant to be. There is no experience or expectation for you to move you just do what feels go for you in that moment, for some dancing might be your biggest fear but its all stories in your mind. What we aim to do it’s get you to come down from the mind and the stories we tell ourselves everyday and come into our body’s and hearts. Facing our limiting beliefs. We start to build strength and courage and remove and distort our illusions about ourselves. When we finish we feel purified, cleansed, and unblocked our energy pathways in our bodies- sometimes we don’t even realise how blocked up we really are finding a new found sense of power shedding those negative feels and emotions. 15.01.2022 Facilitating 5 elements Dance workshop at burning seed was an incredible little journey indeed! To dance and to move is to be human and when we allow ourselves to let go, restore balance, let go of doubt, release stress and bring community back together we become completely absorbed in the moment. I felt the commitment to do my best and to be of service as we continue the sacred circle of life. With all of my heart I send out sincere gratitude to all seen and unseen beings w...ho have helped and supported me into where I am today. The ultimate goal is to awaken to a higher consciousness beyond fear and duality, where a new paradigm of Love and Oneness is embraced. Thank you to James Nicholas Leslie Adler for co- facilitating this magical event with me, to Mickey Space for the epic tunes and Tia Adivina for the gorgeous snaps we went in surrendered with no expectations and with a little bit of patients we were able to create something deeply powerful.
