15.01.2022 Warm Up is underway for day 2 of the country regional meet. Day 1 saw some challenges but overall some amazing swims by our swimmers. Many of the junior swimmers adding smnw, metro and state times while some of our senior swimmers matched the times swum at NSW Senior state championships late last year on only a couple of weeks work. It was a lesson for our athletes competing at visitors and unable to win medals on evaluating races not on a colour of medal but rather execution of plan and improvement.
