Turn off TV..its a big headlight. 2. Focus on well being not sickness. You have all the tools. This one.. Olive Leaf Extract. . Olive leaf covered and steeped in alcohol in dark for a month. Jam tinfoil on outside of jars to darken and giv...e a shake regularly. Filter and strain. Can use veg glycerine alternative for children. It is kick arse. Do your research. Heapsa amazing plants around you and ready to work with youxxx. 3. The greed has been heart destroying to watch. Do not be tempted to cash in rather give where you can compassion empathy products and skills. We have been through much as a collective and we need to draw imeadiately from these experiences. The recent bushfire taught us we don't need leaders trying to herd us in the wrong direction. The power is in the people. So rather than trying to triple rip people off with your uplevel selling toilet paper attitudes .. .. give freely and let's be thinking about boosting our elderly and children ensuring they are equipped first and foremost.. share freely together wellness ideas tips that are easy accessible for families. Change of season brings extra vulnerability to some. 4. Strengthen immune system and keep throat/mouth moist. It doesn't like those conditions. Together people.
