19.01.2022 Hi!:-) It's been a long time but as things change it's nice to change with them. This week I am able to offer a little more and i hope to see you! Park yoga has moved to Bleakley Park, Albany Creek. Don't think "dog park" think the quiet section entered via Strathford Ave!:-) Same time 9:45 but new days...TUESDAYS AND FRIDAYS, so hope to see you there. Private Classes are ON for one or two people at a reduced cost because, well we have all been through some things.... and ZOOM Classes are on Monday Wednesday and Thursday evenings for Hatha, flow and Restorative/Yin. 11.01.2022 2020: the year of facing hard and often shocking truths and at the same time cultivating gratefulness on a daily basis. What a powerful practice this is as we close the year and move into 2021 and beyond....

11.01.2022 There's something super simpatico about the combination of yoga and nature. I love this little park I have chosen for yoga on Tuesday and Thursday mornings and am hoping you will join me. I have missed my old friends and would love to meet some new ones, it has been too long on my own! Classes are at Mahaca Park, just off Malvern St, Albany Creek on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 9:45 from Tuesday May 26th. Please message and let me know if you would like to come, classes a...re capped at 9 participants observing social distancing as required by law. Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to earth down and find the perfect spot for you, who knows you may see a wallaby or a kookaburra to start your practice. Bringing your own mat (just think that way you can take home a mobile peace of heaven!) is advisable. Cost is $10 per class, for pass holders please count these classes as half a visit. ie each visit on your card is now worth 2 in the park!
