24.01.2022 We had our first game of netball on Saturday Afternoon some players were missing due to other commitments. We all had a great day and it was a great experience playing alongside the open section.

15.01.2022 SAVE THE DATE:SUNDAY 4TH OCTOBER 2020 STATE TITLES: In 2020 the State Titles will be hosted by Warrnambool City Netball Association at The Warrnambool Stadium, with the support of the Warrnambool City Council, the 2020 State Titles will be held on the weekend of 3-4 October.

14.01.2022 Hi All, This is an email I have received from DDNA There will be NO! Tournament on Sunday 15th March Hello everyone... In recent days, it has become evident that COVID-19 has entered a new phase and we must now all need to be proactive in addressing the health and wellbeing of all in our netball community. With this in mind, we have decided to postpone the Doncaster All Abilities tournament on Sunday 15th March. This decision has not been made lightly. Up until yesterday, the tournament was still going ahead, but with today’s events and advice received, we feel that postponing it is the right decision and the right thing to do to protect those in our community whose immune systems may be compromised. We do this with heavy hearts but we will definitely reschedule the tournament for a time when everything has settled down. 13.01.2022 Hi All, I have just received this information from Tracy at MENA This is the court and time slots we have been allocated for Saturday afternoon netball.... You are allocated court 2 for the 3pm and 3.50pm timeslots alongside the Open 1 and Open 2 sections. Could you all be there at 2.45pm 15mins before the game starts See you all on Saturday.

In the mean all of the EAA Netball The Knee Program - Netball Australia the website is: https://knee.netball.com.au/recreational/ Then you can go into Junior Recreational or Elite ... When you have gone into one of the it will come up with Section: Warm up/Landing Strength Balance/Landing Agility They are all different exercises you can do for solo training for netball. Hope you all enjoy doing these exercises.

04.01.2022 Drouin Tournament yesterday. Despite the rain we all had a great day and a lot of fun. Well done to all the players. Fantastic effect, you all did a really great job. We came runners up in the grand final.

03.01.2022 Hi all, This is what I have received from MENA There will be NO Netball tomorrow Saturday 14th March. I will keep you all up to date as to what is going to happen.... Dear Presidents & MENA Committee, Melbourne East Netball Association would like to ensure our members that we are staying up to date with all of the information and recommendations provided about Coronavirus, as per the Victorian Government Department of Health and Human Services. You will appreciate that in the current health climate, we are all wanting to support and protect our community. We have had a Club notify us of potential exposure of their club, after much deliberation and as a precautionary measure, MENA has made the decision to cancel our Club competition, which includes Friday NSG and Saturday and Twilight Tournament this weekend. This will enable us to work through with Clubs and Committee what our plan will be moving forward. With this in mind we ask Club Presidents and MENA Committee to attend a working group meeting tomorrow Saturday 14th March, 1 pm at the courts. Thank you for your understanding. 01.01.2022 A bit of history: Just found this photo of the State Titles in Bendigo 2015 and our last time we played as the Ringwood Spiders and I think it was Richie last State Titles game he played. Richie played in our team because Jeanette had Richie and he was the only one the could play out of her team.Then in 2016 Sue’s Ringwood Spiders Netball team and Jeanette’s Whitehorse Warriors Netball team join together and became Eastern All-Abilities Netball. In 2016 for the State Titles all AA Netball teams had to play under a Region. So now when we play in the State Titles we play under the Chisholm Region in the All-Abilities Section
