24.01.2022 We love a new feature! Notifications can now be set up in the Libby app to let you know when a new issue of the magazines you love is available to borrow. There are a few simple steps to take to set up the notifications. 1) Search for a magazine title... 2) Tap on the title 3) Tap Tag 4) Add a New Tag and choose a name for it, for instance, Notify or New Magazines 5) Tap on the Tag and that magazine title will be added to the Tag When a new issue is available to borrow, a notification will pop up on your device. Accept the notification and you will be taken to the Libby app to borrow the magazine. If you haven't explored Libby yet, you'll love it! It's bursting with eBooks, eAudiobooks and eMagazines. 16.01.2022 Tracey is back in the kitchen ready to show you an easy recipe for Indian Veggie Curry, with vegan options! Recipe: 1 diced red capsicum 1 diced green capsicum... 1 diced leek 1 small zucchini grated 1 diced sweet potato 1/2 diced pumpkin 2 stalks diced celery 2 diced carrots 2 diced tomatoes 1 chopped onion 5 florets cauliflower Firm tofu diced (300g) 1 pouch Passage to India simmer sauce (175g)* 1 bottle of thickened cream (300ml)* Method: Place all veggies except for the cauliflower and tofu into a casserole dish. Add the simmer sauce and cream, stir and then place in the oven at 180 degrees, cooking for 60 mins. After 40 mins, stir in the cauliflower and tofu. Serve with steamed rice. *To make this recipe vegan friendly, substitute coconut cream for the thickened cream and use Hart & Soul butter chicken mix instead of Passage to India mix.

08.01.2022 Tracey brings you another easy and tasty dinner option. Easy Chicken Paella Ingredients: 500 grams Diced chicken breast or thigh 1 Tbsp Portuguese seasoning ... 1 Tbsp Cajun seasoning tsp garlic salt 1 Tblsp chicken stock powder 2 x 250g pkts microwavable brown and wild rice mix 500g pkt frozen stir-fry vegetables, thawed 400g can diced tomatoes 1 clove of diced garlic 1 diced red onion Splash of oil cup of chicken stock Method: Combine the chicken Portuguese seasoning, Cajun seasoning, garlic salt and chicken stock powder in a large bowl. Heat a non-stick frying pan over high heat. Add the chicken, and cook until brown, add the can of tomatoes' and chicken stock. Bring to a simmer, stir in rice mixture and vegetables. Cook stirring for 7-10 minutes.

07.01.2022 Are you a fan of Mexican cuisine? You won't want to miss this episode of 'What's for Tea' when Tracey cooks up a quick and easy version of Chilli Con Carne! Ingredients:... 2 packs of Old El Paso spice mix for chili 2 cans of diced tomatoes 1 can of Kidney beans 2 tomatoes diced 1 diced onion 1 clove of diced garlic 1 kg of mince meat Dash of chili powder cup of water Splash of oil Method: Heat oil in large pot, add the 2 tomatoes, garlic and onion and cook until onion is softened. Add minced meat and cook until brown. Add the canned tomatoes and stir until combined. Add Kidney beans, stir then add Old El Paso packs and stir. Add the water stir, add more if needed. Add a dash of chili powder and bring to the boil, then turn down to a low heat, simmering for 60mins. Serve with corn chips and crusty bread

03.01.2022 Join Tracey and discover an easy recipe for a tasty souvlaki, complete with homemade naan bread! Tracey also road tests her new stylish onion glasses. :D If you'd like to cook along, here's what you'll need for the naan bread: Ingredients:... cup warm water 2 tsp instant yeast 1 tsp sugar 1. Combine warm water, yeast and sugar in large bowl, let sit for 5 minutes or until bubbly. Add olive oil, yogurt, egg, and 2 cups of flour. Stir until it forms into a soft dough. cup plain greek yogurt 1 egg 2 cups of self-raising flour 2 tbsp melted butter Method: 1. Combine warm water, yeast and sugar in large bowl, let sit for 5 minutes or until bubbly. Add olive oil, yogurt, egg and the flour. Stir until it forms a soft dough. 2. Turn on to a floured board and knead a few times 3. Place dough back into a greased bowl. Cover and let it rise in a warm place until doubled (about 1 hour). 4. Cut dough into 4 or 5 pieces. On a floured surface, roll out until the size of a crepe. 5. Preheat frying pan 6. Add oil or non-stick spray to pan and cook for 2-3mins or until bubbly and golden brown on the bottom. Flip over, brush with melted butter and cook for about 2 mins then remove from pan.

They love joining in as you read each of the other animal’s repetitive responses. It has an exciting climax and a very satisfying end!
