16.01.2022 Love the change of scenery this morning we ran up to Centennial Park and completed 2km race pace or faster intervals. Incredible effort from the Crew this morning. Our run program ranged from 9km to 15km. Safe to say everyone is back home asleep on the couch Soz not Soz . Don’t worry I’m about to do the same @ Bronte Beach
