25.01.2022 Do we recognise the blessings in our daily life? When trials and disappointments come our way, do we remember the love of God? Not only can we be thankful during the bright patches in our path, but, if we try, we can see the light even when it seems dark. . The Bible tells us, Now no chastening for the present seemeth to be joyous, but grievous: nevertheless afterward it yieldeth the peacable fruit of righteousness unto them which are exercised thereby. (Hebrews 12:11). God... permits us to endure afflictions for our development. In Ellen White’s words, If received in faith, the trial that seems so bitter and hard to bear will prove a blessing. (MB p. 10) . We have a God of love. In our moments of joy or sorrow, let's recognise the little blessings God is placing in our pathway. . What are you feeling thankful for this week? See more

16.01.2022 Happy new week everyone! We spent the end of our Sabbath yesterday climbing Mt Torbreck. The path is steep and sometimes a bit narrow, but the view at the top makes the journey worth it. Some were even mentioning on the path down forgetting the steepness of the climb. A little reminder that our journey heavenward may not always be easy, but the end is certainly worth each trial. So worth it that we'll try to think back and find ourselves forgetting the ruggedness of the way.... Heaven is cheap enough friends! #eastwardmissions #sabbathwalk #sabbath #sabbathblessings #heavenward #heaven #journey #trials #heavenischeapenough #upwardclimb

16.01.2022 Our team has gone a full year without canvassing, due to the restrictions in Victoria. . We miss it greatly, however, this gives us the opportunity to reflect back on past canvassing experiences. . At the end of 2016 we drove two vans over to WA to canvass the surrounding areas of Perth. We met many people through both canvassing, GLOWing, and visiting different churches. New friends were made, and it was the first program for a few of us.... . While we miss being on the doors, it's given us more time to think on and pray for everyone we met on our programs: our canvassing friends, and especially those who received a GLOW tract, a book, or even a conversation or smile. We pray that the Holy Spirit is leading each one. . "Souls are to be sought for, prayed for, labored for. Earnest appeals are to be made. Fervent prayers are to be offered. Our tame, spiritless petitions are to be changed into petitions of intense earnestness." (7T p. 12) See more

12.01.2022 Today, we were informed that after much prayer, counsel and deliberation, Keep the Faith decided not to grant our request of a lease extension due to the COVID lockdowns. We have 11 days to relocate the team and move out of Abide. Check out the video for more info. The next Ask-us-Anything session will be:... 12.01.2022 VICTORY! . Yesterday we hiked through an Australian forest in Gembrook up to the Four Brothers Rocks. . As we walked we noticed the trees on the way: fires came through the area a few years ago, and the trees still showed the signs of the destruction.... . But since those fires passed through, greenery now filled the place. Though the trunks were still coloured charcoal, from bottom to top they were covered with new leaves and little branches. . It's the process of restoration. . The trees do this in order to revitalise themselves with new life. And in a few more years, they will take the form of complete trees once again. . We've also been marred and blighted, showing the signs of damage that took place thousands of years ago. Through sin, we no longer hold the image of our Creator, but instead have become subjects of Satan. However, through Christ the process of restoration has begun, and in connection with Him we become the sons and daughters of God. We can display His image once again. . One day we will experience restoration even better than the trees. Although the trees may one day have a similar shape and form as they once did, they always hold the charred colour that reminds us of the fires that passed through. . But our restoration will be whole. When we reach heaven we will no longer bear our fallen form. We won't show a sign or scar of the sin that so marred us before. The only reminder that will be held for eternity will be on the One who saved us. . What an incredible sacrifice made in our behalf! What a wonderful victory we can gain through Him! . Happy new week friends! See more

09.01.2022 Last weekend, the final weekend of the Maker Heals program, we were blessed by powerfully moving guest testimonies, and this beautiful song. It perfectly embodies the unending, infinite love of God; He loves us as we are and offers us complete acceptance and healing. You're never too broken to belong.

04.01.2022 It's so easy to feel discouraged when those around us don't seem to appreciate the work we do. But God does, and we are to work on despite not seeming to get the credit for our efforts. Another quote that one of our team has recently memorised says that self-denial is "to lift responsibilities wherever and whenever you can, not for the purpose of applause, not for policy, but for the sake of the Master..." (4T p. 521). It's not for the eyes of men we do our work, but for Chr...ist Who has given us our work to be done in even the humblest of jobs. May we do it cheerfully today! Happy Preparation day everyone!

03.01.2022 "The most successful toilers are those who cheerfully take up the work of serving God in little things." - 6T p. 115 . Do you feel like the work you're doing at the moment doesn't mean much? To God it means everything. . It's not the greatness of the work we're doing that estimates its importance but the attitude of the workers. If we cheerfully take up the work before us, no matter how small or humble, we become successful workers for God.... . Have a blessed Sabbath everyone! See more

01.01.2022 What have we been doing lately? . Since we've had to put a stop to a few things due to the uncertainty of property, things have become a bit quiet for our team. However, we certainly haven't stopped working! . At the moment we have a team of hard workers running Beehive Tree Services while finding opportunities to share their faith as they work.... . The Maker Heals App is currently under works, as well as a new CD, and we've also been editing a new music video to come out soon! . The new year has brought new projects and opportunities, and we're excited to see how God continues leading. See more
