23.01.2022 Who knew creating two-dimensional shapes could be so fun? 2A have been very busy this week learning how to draw and create a variety of shapes in different orientations (yes, they've even mastered drawing the trickier shapes like the pentagon, hexagon and octagon in different positions). They had so much fun manipulating the sides and corners on the geoboards to check their shape had the correct number of corners and sides. Miss Abrahamian was also so impressed to see some students creating irregular polygons with unequal sides! Wow! Keep up the excellent work 2A

This week the students in 6H researched the traditions and festivals of a variety of unique and interesting cultures and presented their findings to the class. We learnt about some very unusual traditions and events that occur each year around the world!
