24.01.2022 The Eaton Family Centre's Annual General Meeting will be held TONIGHT Monday 22nd June 2020 at 7:30pm at the Centre. Our magnificent playground, toys and resources that our children enjoy at the Centre have been purchased through the excellent work of past and present committee members. We are currently seeking new committee members to assist in our efforts to continue the very important work of ... providing children with a wonderful start to their early years of building friendships, learning and development.All members of the community are most welcome to join the committee. The new committee will work together to ensure the Centre runs effectively and smoothly and to ensure that we continue to provide services and activities which meet the needs of our children, families and the general community. Without your support and community involvement, the continuation of our Centre programs and services will not be possible. Looking forward to seeing old and new faces at our Annual General Meeting. 23.01.2022 Choking, burns, drowning, poisoning, bleeding... Would you TRULY know what to do? In an emergency, panic is a real problem. Children are NOT treated like adults, so it is ESSENTIAL for parents to do a QUALITY baby/ toddler course every 12 months.

18.01.2022 We hope that our playgroup children are having fun exploring, and enjoying the sounds and smells of nature in our new Sensory Garden and Activity Wall, which was made possible through Shire of Dardanup Community Grant funding. A very big thank you is extended to the Shire of Dardanup for their community support and to the members of our committee, for all of their hard work constructing and installing the sensory garden.

18.01.2022 Welcome to the Eaton Family Centre We provide weekly Playgroups, Pre-Kindy and New Babies Playgroups. We also hire out the use of the Centre for Birthdays, Conferences and our Meeting Room for meetings and Childcare programs. PLAYGROUP... Playgroup is for children aged 0 to 3 years and their parents to attend a weekly 2 hour session to interact, develop social skills, play, make friends and have fun. Great for mums to make new friends and nurture a support network. 14.01.2022 Pre Kindy Notice As a celebration for the final day of term 2, we would like to invite all Pre Kindy children to come along to class dressed in their favourite pyjamas, if they would like to do so. We would normally have held a party day with shared party food, however due to COVID-19 health restrictions we are unable to do so this term.... The theme day will be a fun way to finish our short term 2.

If you feel like something’s not quite the same with someone you know there’s something going on in their life or you notice a change in what they’re saying or doing - trust that gut instinct and take the time to ask them Are you OK? If someone says they’re not OK, make time to listen, encourage action and check in. That conversation could change, or even save, their life.

07.01.2022 We love supporting our local community, so when we heard Eaton Family Centre needed some sand for its Sensory Activity Wall and Garden area, we were happy to donate some of our extra supply. This new area encourages creative and nature play!

Join an enthusiastic cast of characters from the Australian bush as they do fun actions that all the family can join in with! You can flap your wings, scratch your fleas, growl and even snap your teeth with the crocodile if you dare!

05.01.2022 Due to COVID-19 restrictions, which remain in place, we are not able to hold our annual Children’s Week open day. However, we will still take part in the celebration by providing a week of fun activities for only those families attending our Pre Kindy and Playgroups. Our theme for the week is a Dinosaur Stomp. We will be running lots of exciting and fun dinosaur activities throughout the week for the children, along with a dinosaur egg cooking activity.
