10.01.2022 Get back on the right track in 2020 with our 8 week transformation challenge starting 29th September 2020 Get a better understanding of your individual health and fitness in order to assist you to reach their goals Be provided powerful motivating health information and accountability with gym trainers... The challenge rewards the participant who improves their overall body composition by increasing their muscle mass and/or losing overall fat mass over an 8 week period. The Evolt 360 body composition scan will be utilised to compare first and last scans to determine the winner and runner up categories. $50 entry fee (payable once only) will include 2 scan appointments Appointments will include: A body composition scan with printout Instant results sent to Evolt 360 app A 15 minute consult with an Evolt 360 specialised trainer Access to Facebook support group Initial scans to be completed Tues 29/09/20 Mon 05/09/20.
