19.01.2022 Congratulations to our own Rob Mearns 2020 Volunteer of the Year from East Bankstown. This award is normally presented at the BDAFA presentation dinner which unfortunately cannot be held this year so the awards were presented between the PL2 & PL1 Grand Finals today at Jensen Park. Rob is a well deserved recipient and a Life Member of East Bankstown. There are few people who have more devotion & passion for football & East Bankstown than Rob. Thank you to our Vice President,... Chris Millar for being present to congratulate Rob & share the moment. Congratulations Rob, well done. We are very proud of you. Thank you so much to Coaches Kath, Maha & Elyse, all former players of East Bankstown back to support the next generation. Also thank you to the parents & grandparents, you have been so supportive. A well deserved 3-0 win today over our All Age Ladies 3A team, a great game, well played with all goals scored in the first half.
