20.01.2022 WALK - IN CLINICS As the name suggests this is for patients that need to see a doctor but there are no appointments available. The first available doctor will see you as soon as they can (unless it is an emergency). Please be mindful that you may have to wait as the doctors are already fully booked, but are offering a service for you to be seen in a timely manner. Please ask our reception staff the approximate wait time and if you have any concerns.... Bad language or any form of violence will not be tolerated and Police will be called. 17.01.2022 Just a reminder that EBM Family Medical Practice is closed tomorrow - Monday 10th June - for the Queen's birthday Public Holiday. We will be open again as usual at 7.00am Tuesday 11th June.

16.01.2022 EBM Family Practice wishes to apologize to all our valuable patients that have been inconvenienced by our phones this morning. There has been a major problem with the exchange and they are working to fix the problem as soon as possible. We will put another post up as soon as the problem has been rectified. 12.01.2022 More on our newest member of the team - Dr Carlos. Dr Carlos is originally from Colombia and speaks Spanish. He did all his GP training in Australia and has a special interest in Cosmetic Medicine. Dr Carlos is a registrar for the ACCS ( Australasian College of cosmetic surgery, Medical Faculty). When he is not working he loves to spend time with his 2 beloved French Bulldogs.

10.01.2022 Today is International Nurses Day, a time to thank all the amazing nurses out there that who work so hard to help keep us fit and healthy. A huge thank you to you all. A big Happy Mother's Day to each and every Mum, where would we be without our Mums???? The EBM Team hope you all had an amazing day with your loved ones.

06.01.2022 Phones!!!!!! we are so sorry to report that our phones are still not operating correctly. We apologize profusely for this, but it is out of our control, the problem is with the eschange. Rest assured Management have been pushing for an immediate fix of this problem. If possible please book your appointments on line at www.ebmpractice.com.au or call into the surgery. We will continue to update you on the progress.

03.01.2022 ATTENTION ALL PATIENTS: Patients requiring prescriptions for any form of pain relief will no longer be given these without an appointment. This includes medications such as Valium and Diazepam. Please ensure you book your appointment before your prescriptions expire. Many thanks for your co-operation.
