25.01.2022 Toolbox modifications This toolbox for a camper trailer had no seals a small door on one side and large on the other. The customer wanted two large doors with seals and locks fitted. Strengthening was added to the top so he could stand on toolbox for access to camper. Locks and seals were fitted to the top opening as well.

25.01.2022 hi everyone just an update on some of the recent projects This is a typical import trailer with under sized structural components it needed new draw bar, repairs to wheel arches and tie down rails with some extra ones added to make trailer more useful. once repairs were done it was wire buffed a rust kill applied then painted and was then back on the road better than when it was new as it is now safe on the road. Made in australia to be used in australia but in this case repaired in australia.

22.01.2022 Ride on slashing rocks Broken bearing housing and destroyed mower deck The results of hitting some rocks while mowing were a smashed mounting hole on the aluminium bearing housing and all the mounting holes in the deck were ripped out. This required the housing welding up and re drilling and due to the missing parts and numerous cracks a plate was made to replace all the damaged material in the mower deck. All repaired and working again cheaper than genuine replacement parts

21.01.2022 Rebuild Semi tipper This semi tipper came in as a site tipper from a processing plant and was very run down. There were repairs to the aluminium body, rewire, new lights, new hoist, rebuilt axles and repaint. All work was done for re registration to be put back on the road and earning money again.

20.01.2022 A customer was restoring a caravan and had been looking up a lot of info on line on what needed to be done to her Viscount Royal which were known to have weak chassis syndrome. Most people recommended pulling caravan off the chassis and building a new chassis then put van back on! Some issues with this- u need cranes, time, know how they were built in the first place and everything will weigh more when finished.... As this van was not a total wreck just leaking around the windows the cheapest and easiest solution was to strengthen the chassis where it was. This up grade only cost a few hundred dollars and stiffened up the entire van with no flex or bouncing floor anymore. With the resulting increase in rigidity the window sealant no longer has to handle 20 mm stretch to be effective! 15.01.2022 Chassis modifications This vehicle was stretched 600mm and was done as a drive in drive out conversion. The work included extend chassis and tray, extended drive shaft and mounts, extend all wiring and pipe work ( brakes fuel etc) extend exhaust make extra tool boxes and heavy duty suspension Engineers certificate and vehicle inspection to upgrade registration and insurance. Also repairs to earthmoving buckets and attachments including hard facing welding, wear build up then hard facing on buckets, augers and wear parts. 10.01.2022 Water cart trailers this post was meant to go out sun avo but got delayed with the fire distraction so here it is This is a water cart trailer for transporting stock water to moveable chook caravans. 03.01.2022 Property Slasher Due to vibration and previous welds this slasher was cracked beside all previous welds. All cracks were terminated, welds prepped and welded, post treated and then gusseted to prevent further damage. Structural repairs done to prevent further damage.

02.01.2022 Interchange prime mover This prime mover came in for some modifications. We installed an interchange system for the turntable, modified a tray to beavertail and added ramps also on an interchange system. Installed hydraulic pump and controls, a modified split fuel hydraulic tank hoses and connections. This made the prime mover a more versatile truck, able to move machinery and palletised product and connect to a drop deck or tipper.
