I look forward to offer services soon after a little personal leave. ... 01.01.2022 Dear Parents and Carers, Good luck this term, don't feel alone alone though. I'm here if anyone wants to talk to someone. :-) ... Getting through this time is the most important thing...I took a term off in Year 8 and travelled Australia, no major issues, I've completed 3 degrees. My time off was amazing. Think about what positive memories you can make - games, cooking, art, laughing and connecting...we are all adjusting. Be kind to yourselves the most and if it ain't working, drop it, do some exercise or move away - take a break!!! Revisit later... My only tip is to encourage writing/drawing/collage a daily diary as a family to document this time for the future :-) If you need assistance, get in touch! Nicole
