25.01.2022 We found the old dummy grid position signs in the rubbish pile when we took over the lease in 2017 and today they got a makeover ready for our opening meeting on the 17th April.

We can’t thank the QCoal Foundation enough and appreciate their support and enthusiasm to see Echo Park Speedway come to life.... 19.01.2022 With the racing season kicking off this weekend we will be taking a break and sitting trackside watching our boys race their karts in Cairns. Lachlan will be in the juniors and Calem will be stepping up to the seniors. Good luck to the boys who come out to the motorcross track to practice and ride at the Bowen Showgrounds this week! If your in the area go and check out the great racing Saturday night at the Bowen Showgrounds and support the NQ Riders and Supporters Club.

17.01.2022 Motorcross Track closed until further notice We are waiting on work approvals by Whitsunday Regional Council to carry out safety concerns from recent heavy rains at the motorcross track. The motorcross will be shut until approvals have been received and work carried out to ensure the safety of riders.... Safety is paramount and will always come first!

17.01.2022 Another huge weekend at Echo Park Speedway with our wonderful members travelling up from Mackay and Sarina for a working bee. 3rd, 4th and 5th cable holes drilled and 3rd cable hung. First round of mesh fully installed and tensioned. Pit Gate finished completely. You guys are absolute legends. Our club has a bright future with our enthusiasm and dedication to bringing this track back to life.... 16.01.2022 With the Gary Moon Memorial on at the Bowen Showgrounds this week we will all be cheering on our members who are racing. Motorcross Track will be closed this weekend!

15.01.2022 Opening Night is less than a month away - come along and see some great drivers in action!!!

13.01.2022 We have received approval to carry out maintenance at the Motorcross Track by Whitsunday Regional Council. We have been advised what works are required to be carried out to ensure the erosion doesn’t continue and have ordered rock from Hillery Group that will be delivered on Monday courtesy of Beauchamp Excavations. Due to a motorcross practice in the Burdekin tomorrow our experts who are ensuring the work is carried out properly to the entry of track and jumps can now not at...tend this weekend. The working bee that was to be held this weekend has been postponed to the 3-5 October. We will be fencing off areas of the motorcross track tomorrow so we can re-open the track on Sunday. Thank you to the wonderful companies that we have in the community - Hillery Group and Beauchamp Excavations. We are forever grateful for your wonderful support. The working bee at the speedway will go ahead this weekend and again on the 3-5 October to finish everything off for inspections to be carried out by Speedway Australia.
