20.01.2022 Tonight I went light. It does not look like much but it was delicious. Mixed lettuce, fennel, olives, roasted beetroot, avocado, tomato, cucumber, hemp and pumpkin seeds. Dressing was extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice and red wine vinegar.

04.01.2022 Tonights dinner! Soo yummy. Vegetarian salad tonight! Roast pumpkin, haloumi and Israeli cous cous salad. Also threw in capsicum, driend figs, cherry tomato, chickpeas, grated carrot, kale and roasted pepita's. Used a lovely tumeric and lime herb base to toss through as a dressing! Served with roasted mushrooms and beetroot hommus.
