25.01.2022 Some before an after shoots of Operation Blackhawk mudrun at Gosford Racecourse today.The cams were already wet and muddy when we got them.Well done guys 7klms 40 obstacles...definitely the touhest we have done and much more leg work outs on sand,water,mud and with 12 or 20kg backpacks.Sorry a few couldn't make it at the last minute....you missed a good day.



25.01.2022 First MS fund raiser session this morning at 7.30.......next week starts at 8am so hopefully we get a few more next week.Thanks to those who came down to get fit for a great cause.

22.01.2022 Just a reminder for those attending the MS training sessions on Saturday mornings that there will be NO training this week due to the long weekend.See you all next week and have a great long weekend.

22.01.2022 Hope everyone has had a great Easter weekend.Reminder that there are sessions at 7pm tonight and tomorrow before I am away until the 17th April.



20.01.2022 Week 5 of the challenge has now been completed with some very good weight losses for the week. This weeks winner is a young lady who has been training very hard every week, coming to at least 3 sessions pw and she has been regularly in the top 5 pedometer steps throughout the challenge . Congratulations to Ella for a great result losing 3.67% body weight. Given next week is our last week, I`m not going to announce the top 5 weight losses but a special mention to Cathy who also had a great weight loss last week of 1.77%. Try to get in as many sessions in the last week that you can and keep those pedometer steps up everyone. Don`t forget to let me know by tomorrow if you are coming to the dinner next Saturday night for Move it & Lose it winner being announced.

19.01.2022 Tomorrow morning at 8am at Quakers Park is our last session to raise money forMS.So far we have raised $954. Let me know if we will see you there to help push the funds raised beyond my target of $1,000.

17.01.2022 Hi all, Here are some before and current photos of Sonal who started training with me 3-4 nights p.w. since January this year and lost 16kgs. Sonal will admit she may not be the fastest or fittest person that comes to training but what she does have is plenty of determination and commitment to coming to every session and trying her best each time, so much so she now does burpees, squat jumps and sprints.Well done Sonal, keep up the good work.......your sister and mother will be amazed when they see you next week in Bali!!!

13.01.2022 Hi all, Thanks to all those who participated in Move it & Lose it this year and who were able to make the dinner on Saturday night.We must have had a good night as I was a little dusty Sunday morning! It was great to see everyone lose weight and good centimetres with the measurements however this years winner was consistently amongst the best weight loss % each week , which was Nicola Wood who lost an incredible 9.35% & 2 inches from her waist and just under 3 inches from ar...ound her behind.She won herself a $300 Peppers resort voucher. Other worthy mentions should go to Daniel who lost 7.9% and 4 inches from his waist, Dave who lost 5.83% and 2 inches, Sonal 4.64% and 2 inches (not to mention the 16 kgs she has lost since January)and Sabreena 4.5% & 2 and a half inches from her waist. It was also fantastic to see everyone`s fitness test results improve over the 6 week period. I have put together a spread sheet so you can see how you went and will update this each time we do a fitness test. Thanks for your efforts , enjoy the week off and we will get back into again from next Monday 14th July.

11.01.2022 I just wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone who supported the Multiple Sclerosis group training sessions each Saturday since September. I am proud to announce that you helped raise $1,055 towards MS research, which is a fantastic effort. When I started these Saturday sessions I hoped that I might be able to raise $500, so to exceed this amount was certainly more than I hoped for and your generosity and support is greatly appreciated .If anyone wishes to continue training then I would love to see you at my mid week sessions.Have a great Xmas.

10.01.2022 Hi all, So far we have 10 people interested in joining the Mud run "Operation Blackhawk" at Gosford Race course Sunday 17th May @ 10.30 am. I registered today under team name Eclipse Outdoor Training so get in early if you intend coming to beat price rises or missing out . It was $67.00 to register .... Regards Peter

09.01.2022 Some photos of our team work session this morning.Thanks to everyone who has supported the Saturday morning sessions today's for MS with $550 raised in 6 sessions ,which are running until the end of November.

08.01.2022 Next Saturday 6th September I kick off "free" Saturday morning bootcamp training sessions to raise funds for Multiple Sclerosis. Next weeks session will start at 7.30 am for next week only but each Saturday thereafter we will train at 8 am for 45 minutes at Quakers Park, Quakers Hill. It is free to attend......you just need to make a small donation towards MS.... Please contact me if you wish to attend and help raise money for MS.

08.01.2022 Don't know if you saw the lifestyle section of today's paper that has a section about the power of words .Here is one of many good quotes that's appropriate ,as I regularly get told "I don't have time to train"............"it's not about having time-it's about making time"! We should all be able to find 3 hours per week to train out of 168.........I 'll get off my soapbox now!!
