07.01.2022 Word Processing and Spreadsheets Users often get frustrated because they cannot get MS Office applications such as Word and Excel to do what they want. People may be using some features but find them cumbersome, they may want to do something but do not know how or where to start. They may also not be aware of the capabilities available within MS Office applications. For example, for Word this could include using tables, setting up an automatic table of contents or an index in... a report, using styles to format a report easily. For Excel it could be using formulas, creating pivot tables or easily matching two sets of data. We are advanced users of MS Office applications, particularly Word and Excel. We can deliver specific training in Word and Excel to individuals, groups and businesses. We can also offer clinics where users can bring issues they are having with Word and Excel (and other Office applications) and we will resolve them in a group session. We can also advise on the use of Google Docs and Google Sheets as well as Google Groups as a means of controlling access. We can reformat and proof read your documents and reports to make them look more professional and easier to maintain. We can set up templates providing a standard consistent look and feel to your documents.
