23.01.2022 A quick sketch for one of our houses. Nothing like a bit of pen to paper to get the creative juices flowing and build a picture of what our designs will look like. Keeping it simple is key here - we want an overall impression at this stage of the design, rather than focusing on details. As projects progress and more details are worked out we will often get a 3D perspective done. Do you prefer hand sketches or photo-realistic 3D perspectives?

09.01.2022 Quick progress for our White Gum Valley House! The cladding is on for the first floor addition and windows are in. The interior shots of the ground floor show the heat exchange unit that has been installed. This works by bringing in a fresh supply of air through the ducts while purging the old air from the rooms through the heat exchange unit. This means that the incoming and outgoing air exchange heat so that all new incoming air is temperature adjusted to the rooms. This significantly reduces costs of keeping the air temperature constant. Head to our website to see a lot more progress shots: http://ecohabit.com.au/project/white-gum-valley-residence/

A pool was able to be included, and even an exhibition space for our clients collection of dinosaur artefacts! Check it out below: https://ecohabit.com.au/project/kensington-cottage-addition/
