If like me, you'll have daughter's at home, I invite you to bring them along, if you feel it will benefit them. I've been thinking for a while now to start an inter-generational circle.... 20.01.2022 Within this one statement, I feel seen and validated. This is the truth of ADHD that I identify with. My working memory (or lack thereof) affects everything. It doesn't mean that I'm lazy or don't care. It means I have issues with executive functioning. Believe me, it frustrates the shit out of me but I am trying my best to understand how my brain works and what I can do to support myself. 01.01.2022 Ahhhhhhhhh, I love coming home to the forest. She always knows how to soothe my soul. Today she gifted me the most beautiful sound healing. The rustling of the leaves high in the treetops sounded and felt like cleansing waters and the occasional bird song added an extra touch of magic!
