18.01.2022 with the pandemic causing people to be confined to their homes, restricting movements and self isolating themselves from the rest of the world, it made me think.................... Many people self-isolate at work everyday without intentionally meaning to. SMEs and business owners (like here) work can often alone. There is little to any face to face communication leaving them cut off from the day to day interactions many take for granted when working. If this has taught me a...nything thus far, it is that we need to stay connected, even if not from a medical viewpoint. Family, friends, colleagues should be there to sharing, discussion and catch ups. Be particularly mindful of those you have not heard from in a while, this is a tough time for many in ways we might not appreciate so check in where poss.
