01.01.2022 I really suck at self care, I have my whole entire life. It's something that I have to work on daily. I've always had that attitude 'I'll be right'. It's only after multiple sun cancers and high stress levels that I probably will try to combat with a glass of wine, which would then bring on a migraine ...
