25.01.2022 2020 has been one of the scariest years, but also a year to focus on what we do best... Being an accessible creative space and events hub! Despite being closed for nearly 4 months. This year we hosted; 12x Hens Parties. 19x Birthdays. ... 24x Creative events. 24x Workshops. 11x Creative Developments & Rehearsals. 3x Company Auditions. 11x Filmings & Photoshoots. 1x wedding. 5x Awesome Xmas Parties. On top of that, we were the permanent home of 14 different creative companies who ran their classes and workshops from our studios. We absolutely cannot wait to see what 2021 brings for us. 12.01.2022 TIMES OF UNCERTAINTY **UPDATE 16:00 AEDT, Friday 20th March, 2020** Cupo and Concept Venue would like to reassure our clients that we are monitoring the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) closely. ... Our heart is sinking as we understand that the full impact of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) on businesses and the economy is yet to be determined. News on COVID-19 is constantly evolving and we are staying abreast of the latest updates from the Australian Government. Following the Australian Federal Governments most recent announcement (Friday 20th March 2020), we have discussed our plans carefully. Cupo and Concept Venue are abiding with the following guidelines: - In a given occupied space, there must be a density of no more than one person per four square metres of floor space. Capacity for all current events now at Cupo Venue will be 75pax and Concept Venue will be 35pax. - Availability of hand hygiene products and suitable waste receptacles, with frequent cleaning and waste disposal. - Promotion of the Department of Health recommendations for unwell individuals to isolate at home and not attend. - For settings where there is ongoing movement and an increased number of interactions between individuals, an individuals attendance should be less than two hours duration. Should circumstances change, we will communicate with those directly affected and offer an open book policy for any rescheduling and postponing events. A preparedness plan is in place at our venues to ensure we are taking COVID-19 seriously. Every event or booking taken place from Saturday March 14th 2020 will have a detailed log of all attendees. In the interim, Cupo and Concept Venue encourages all clients, staff and attendees to: - Practice high-levels of hygiene, as per Australian Government guidelines - Follow the Department of Health Advice about self-isolating which aims to help limit the spread of coronavirus; Please DO NOT attend an event or booking at Cupo or Concept if you have: - If you have left or transited through mainland China or Iran in the last 14 days, you must isolate yourself for 14 days from the date of leaving mainland China/Iran. - If you have left or transited through the Republic of Korea on or after 5 March 2020 you must isolate yourself for 14 days after the date of leaving the Republic of Korea. - If you are unwell and think you may have symptoms of coronavirus. - If you have been in close contact with a proven case of coronavirus.
