19.01.2022 54cm, so close.. pablo getting it done....

18.01.2022 We have finished cooking fish and chips for the year in anticipation of the big Christmas rush. Our refrigerated vehicles are off to Melbourne, Narooma and Tare...e to source the freshest and best stock for you. Our oyster shuckers and fish filleters will be working around the clock! Our operating hours for the week are as follows: Monday, 21 December - CLOSED; Tuesday, 22 December - 10:00am - 6:00pm; Wednesday, 23 December - 9:00am - 6:00pm and Thursday, 24 December, 8:00am - 2:00pm. Our premium quality prawns have been caught, cooked and snap frozen on the boat. XL Tiger prawns are $115 for 3 kilograms and wild caught King Exmouth prawns are $38.00 per kilogram. Moreton Bay Bugs are $46.00 per kilogram. We will have both Pacific and Sydney Rock oysters that will be from $20.00 -$24.00 per dozen opened and $14.00 - $17.00 unopened. Crayfish may be limited if you haven't already ordered and be approximately $120.00 per kilogram. We recommend Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday as the best days to shop to ensure a wider selection of seafood. By Thursday our stocks can be somewhat diminished. We will be following Covid safe practices and thank you in advance for your patience. See more

11.01.2022 NDJ Contractors Autumn Classic Points System Target Species and Minimum Length for points: Cod 55cm... Reddies, Yellas and Trout 30cm Competitors will get a a point for the amount of centimetres equal and over the length of the above minimums. For example a 59 cm cod = 5 points, a 47 cm yella = 18points. Points will also be cumulative. For example if you caught one cod that is 61 cm (6 points) and one yella that is 50 cm (21 points) you will have 27 points. Another way of explaining the system would be that you get a point for each fish that meets the above criteria plus a point for each centimetre that it is over. Reddies that meet the above criteria must be kept for inspection. The junior comp will run the same but carp will be recognised.

04.01.2022 NDJ CONTRACTORS 2021 AUTUMN LAKE HUME CLASSIC 30/04/21 to 02/05/21 Our President, Dan Andrews, is requesting expressions of interest in accommodation for those members who are going to stay at the Great Aussie Holiday Resort for this comp. So if you could do so by putting a comment on this post that reflects what you want out of a Cabin or Powered site and the names of those who are going to be staying in that cabin or site that will help settle his blood pressure.... For instance your comment could be like: "Cabin for Me, Kate, Noah and Flynn" "Cabin for Andy, Kenny, Roota and Fridge. "Powered site for me only." And there will be a committee meeting on Tuesday 6/4/21 after the raffles to work out further and better particulars.
