The weather didn’t stop the the endless fun and excitement with bottomless popcorn, snow cones, donuts, fairy floss, rides and to finish it all off - a twilight movie. ... We have 5 blocks available which are eligible for the $25,000 grant but you need to sign up by 31 December 2020! Details of the changes are as follows: - An extension of the scheme till March 31, 2021 allowing building contracts to be signed up to this date - A change in the size of the grant from $25,000 to $15,000 for all building contracts signed between 1 January 2021 and 31 March 2021, inclu...sive - An extended deadline for all applications to be submitted, including those applying for the $25,000 grant and the new $15,000 grant. Applications can now be submitted up until 14 April 2021 (inclusive). This will apply to all eligible contracts signed on or after 4 June 2020 - An extension to the construction commencement timeframe from three months to six months for all HomeBuilder applicants. Meeting at the playground.... Edenbrook Community Events. Making life long friendships. We had always planned on buying an established home - we had heard too many horror stories about building. However, after an inspection of one of the early display homes and a follow up chat with Mel - we purchased our land, with the build soon after, and now we live in this amazing place that we call home. From the very first meeting with Mel, we felt like part of the Edenbrook community - everyone was so warm and welcoming. Our kids love the wide open spaces, the beautiful walking paths and playing at the park. 01.01.2022 We thought it was time to ask our younger residents what they love about the Edenbrook lifestyle. The playground is always a favourite for our resident kids - regardless of age. It really has everything: swings; sandpit; flying fox; playground equipment; baksetball and netball court; wide open spaces to run or have a picnic; and the community garden.... We love seeing the kids grow, form friendships and enjoy all that is on offer at Edenbrook. It is not just a lifestyle - it is a place to grow. Edenbrook really is the best place to grow up in. I love to ride my scotter and bike around the paths with my friends. We have a lot of cool events during the year like Camp Edenbrook; Easter Egg Hunt; meet your neighbour days; and my favourite - the Edenbrook Christmas Party. {Oscar Muller}
