08.01.2022 Hi Everyone, My husband, Glenn, and I have been renovating our new property in Nicholls Rivulet for the last 12 months and are finally able to see the light at the end of the tunnel! We are opening a new Eden Light Retreat, as many of you know, we ran the first in WA for 16 years prior to making the shift to Tassie 2 years ago. We are busily working towards a soft opening in late December but we now need to source casual staff to be part of our holistic team. We need to connect with a massage therapist, reflexologist, yoga teacher and an art therapist, preferably living locally and with lots of experience, compassion and love if you or someone you know might be interested in working with our professional team please contact me!

03.01.2022 Here is the recipe I promised yesterday OMG Slice recipe Base 1 Cups Almonds 3 Cups desiccated Coconut 12 Juicy Fresh Dates..stone removed!... 4 tbs Coconut nectar Good pinch salt Blitz in food processor and put not lined spring form pan Next layer Melt together in a double boiler: 1 Cup Coconut oil 1 Cup Cocoa butter then add 2 Cups Cocoa powder Cup Coconut nectar Pinch salt Tbs Vanilla essence paste Mix well and pour over base...chill in fridge Topping Melt 1 Cup Cocoa butter 1 Cup Coconut oil Then in a food processor add the melted oil to the flesh of 2 young coconuts, (reserve the water) 1 Cups of Cashews, soaked for a minimum of 4 hours in good water and rinse well. Cup of Coconut nectar Blitz well and add enough of the water to loosen the mixture so that it can go into a high speed blender, I use the vitamix, to be processed into a smooth, thick paste, adding more coconut water as needed. Pour over the cake and chill or freeze...enjoy!
