You're not listening 2. You're not trusting it & you're dismissing it. I live my life by my intuition. It has helped me and my family countless times. I can't tell you how grateful I am because in some instances it has been life saving. I'm really lucky because I have great intuition but the important thing is that I hear it and I listen to it and then I follow it. It keeps me on track and keeps me in the flow of life. Have you ever felt a strong feeling to do something and dismissed it and later regretted it? This is your intuition talking to you trying to help you. Your intuition is your soul, your spirit, talking to you. The whispers and feelings will help you in all sorts of situations, trying to steer you in the right direction. When you've had arguments at home or you're in an annoying situation or to warn you against something. If youre ever in a challenging situation, stop and LISTEN, then act, dont REACT! 20.01.2022 The Peedam Diaries - Day 40 - Final Day in Peedam Today is the end of a year and a decade. A time for reflection and gratitude for all that I have let go of, he...aled and become in the last 10 years. When I look back at who I was 10 years ago I see a different person today. I have transformed my life completely. I like the person I have become. I live a profound life. I am taken care of in every way. This is what being on a spiritual path brings. Even our challenges become easier. I am in the flow of life, doing a job that I love, surrounded by people I love. My heart is full of joy and I have the best life. I am ending the decade and the year in Peedam, India. I am seeing the New Year in with my spiritual teacher. I am blessed to be here and have the grace to sit before a profound master and avatar. My life is a reflection of this. A spiritual teacher takes away the darkness in your life, in your mind and in your heart. You are guided to connect more with your soul and your souls purpose and wisdom so you can help others. I am so blessed to have a job I love, teaching, mentoring and helping others to heal, transform and to find their life purpose and a better life all-round. The last 6 weeks in Peedam have been profoundly life changing. I have deepened my heart connection which feels SO good! My love for nature and the divine has grown, allowing more love and wisdom to unfold. I have completely healed my childhood trauma. And much of my karma has been completed and released whilst being here! My already excellent intuition has grown substantially and I am receiving incredible wisdom and guidance from the divine for myself, my clients and students. I yearn to help others and do my part in the expanding and uplifting of humanity in this time of darkness in the world. I am blessed to have beautiful heartfelt relationships with my family and friends. I think the best part about being on a spiritual path is knowing that Im being taken care of. The universe and god has my back!!! I dont have to worry about anything! Thats a great feeling. I have love and inner peace. I know that I am Divine and we are all Divine. I know the Divine in a different way in the depths of my heart. I am grateful for the past it has made me what I am today. Our challenges and experiences afford us growth and understanding. I have finished the difficult most challenging years and karma. I am blessed in every way. I wish you a happy and healthy 2020. May you be in alignment with your soul and find the Divine within. 20.01.2022 With a new decade and year comes endings and new beginnings. 2019 has been a very challenging year for me but so healing. I let go of some things in my life tha...t were holding me back. This felt very painful at the time but it was just what I needed. The deepest healing and transformation has occurred as a result. Allowing me to love more, shine more and be more of me than ever before. Everything happens for a reason. Challenges happen because of our karma and we grow as a result. Nothing happens by chance. I am grateful for my challenges and for spending 6 weeks with my spiritual teacher. It has changed me and transformed me. I feel different! I have inner peace Thank you to all my wonderful friends, clients and students who have supported me this year. You are shining so brightly. Thank you for sharing this journey with me. 19.01.2022 The Peedam Diaries Om my Goddess!! Pure bliss!! As part of our retreat program we were invited to Shakti Amma's home for a divine celebration. First Amma g...ave a discourse about how to connect with the Divine in your heart. We got to ask questions and shared some laughs. Amma is so funny and filled with joy and more shakti (divine energy) than you could imagine. Then a beautiful surprise with Amma cooking us lunch! We sang devotional bhajans while Amma cooked in front of us for the whole group! Imagine having God cook you lunch...... mind blowing!! It was yummmm The vege balls were filled with happiness and joy as per Amma's intention. Shakti Amma is God. A divine incarnation, avatar and master. Its hard to get our human mind around this. I am extremely humbled and blessed that Amma knows me by name and I can ask Amma questions and ask for help with anything any time. 07.01.2022 Eating less meat now is a matter of environmental urgency. Farm animals emit methane which is a greenhouse gas that contributes to global climate change. Raising animals for food requires so much more land and water than growing plant based food crops does. In fact livestock now uses up 30% of the planets land surface. On top of that the land that could be used to grow crops to feed humans, are used to grow mono-crops to feed these animals instead. It is estimated that every time you eat a plant-based meal instead of an animal-based meal, protect up to 5 square metres of land from deforestation, pesticide and fertilizer pollution and overgrazing. You can also save about 1000 litres of water. Committing yourself to right livelihood and conscious eating will make a difference.

07.01.2022 As a child I was raised on meat and 3 veg every night. As I became more spiritually aware in my adult years I started to cut back on my meat intake. I found the... more I meditated and healed my wounds the more conscious I was about what I was eating. In the end it wasn't my mind that decided to stop eating meat it was my body. I had raised my vibration over time and I no longer wanted to eat meat. For a long while I ate only chicken and fish. Then I found I had no longer had an appetite for chicken. It was just a natural thing that happened. So then I just ate fish. A year later I switched to a more plant based diet. I have to say that I love being vegetarian. Some say that we need to eat meat in order to get enough protein but this isn't true. I feel healthier than ever and I find it easier to digest my food. It also costs less to eat veg. Now more than ever we need to change our eating habits to lessen deforestation due to animal grazing and methane gas from animals. We are killing the planet. Try eating less meat and increasing your fish and vegetable consumption. There are some delicious vegetarian recipes to try. I truly enjoy the different flavours and the variety of a vegitarian diet. It's definitely a healthier choice. Give it a go. If not for yourself then do it for the planet. #plantbaseddiet #lovesoulhealing

I personally think every family should ha...ve someone who can do energetic healing. I have helped my family sooo much with my energy healing. Through illness, anxiety, depression, life's dramas, self esteem issues, stress, period pain, headaches, pain, fever, sprained ankles and not to forget relationship dramas and work issues etc etc. As a mum I honestly don't know how I would have got through without energy healing.
