21.01.2022 Key Approach 4 Back Pain & the Key Moves4 Spinal Rehab face-to-face workshop series Sydney, 2021 How effective are you in treating people with spinal pain? Do they challenge your abilities? These unique, evidence informed practical workshops offer a novel pathway to help improve your understanding of the spine and how to best restore its intrinsic control of functional movement. They will provide a clear pathway in manual therapy approaches to address joint and myofascial... dysfunction - and formulating and teaching an appropriately tailored and staged therapeutic exercise programme. The Key Moves incorporate the Key Fundamental Patterns which are basic natural movements which underpin healthy spinal control. Their re-integration into physiological patterns of movement will help your client move out of pain, move more freely and become more self-reliant. Which workshop best suits your clinical needs? The Key Approach 4 Back Pain series: A series of two, two and a half day and one 2 day workshops conducted during the first half of this year. They are most suitable for clinicians who wish to enlarge their scope of practice as both manual and movement therapists - settling the client’s pain and restoring joint and myo-fascial function and encouraging self-reliance in their clients through an appropriately prescribed home exercise programme which helps restore spinal mobility and function March 12th -14th Module 1: The lower quadrant May 7th -9th Module 2: The upper quadrant June 5th 6th Module 3: Putting it all together *M1 & 2 are a pre-requisite for this Modules may be done individually or by enrolling in the whole series Key Moves 4 Spinal Rehab series: A series of five one day workshops held over 4 months in the first half of the year.
