11.01.2022 Rod and Dave had the opportunity to visit the Costa Mushroom Farm in Mernda, Victoria last week - the largest mushroom farm in the Southern Hemisphere where all the mushrooms are carefully handpicked! Fun fact - did you know that mushrooms double their size every 24 hours?
