23.01.2022 UPDATE: Victoria is re-imposing stage 3 restrictions, preventing Victorians from leaving their homes for any purpose other than work, food, exercise or medical care. Some may have to close their doors again! Our Beauticians and Personal Care businesses will be closed. Sport has been cancelled and most of our venues will need to closed during the lockdown. 21.01.2022 The news we have all been patiently waiting for has finally arrived

20.01.2022 There is so much going on in the world right now. Mental health challenges and illnesses are real. They are valid and they matter. We need to reach out to people and create a safe space for them. That friend or family member you havent heard from in a while? Check on them. Start a conversation. You have no idea how much those three little words can show someone they are thought of and cared for, and help them open up. That person that just popped into your head, reach out to them.

19.01.2022 Its been a tough few weeks for all of us with so many changes but, we are adapting and facing the challenges head on! So I would like to take a moment of your time and say we are here for you, our clients, agents, mortgage brokers and bankers. If anyone needs help or in need of a question answered, please reach out whether its Conveyancing related or personal I am here for you.

19.01.2022 Despite the high numbers of COVID, there is still plenty of activity in the market across the metropolitan area. We are certainly seeing an increased number of contracts with "Subject To" particular conditions being met/satisfied. The most commonly used is the contract being subject to finance and building/pest inspections. Building and/or pest inspection reports can identify a number of issues about the property (minor or major).... We cannot emphasise enough the importance of a Correctly Worded special condition. A poorly written condition can cost you thousands. Please contact our office BEFORE you sign a contract for guidance on how to word a special condition.

07.01.2022 Definition of a 'new home' has changed: The definition of a new home, which has been amended, may affect your eligibility for the First Home Owner Grant and other duty concessions/exemptions. For contracts signed on or after 16 December 2020, a property will not be a new home if the person who built it lived in it, leased it out or used it for short-term accommodation even if it is the first sale. A new home can be a home that is substantially renovated or a home built to re...place demolished premises.
