24.01.2022 What’s with all the construction near the entry to the park? That’s our brand new pedestrian crossing that will make for an easier and safer access point across Gilmore Avenue. With improved access to the Zone Youth Space/Astroskate - Kwinana and with extra parking available in the Kwinana Recquatic car park across Gilmore Avenue, this crossing will be sure to get a work out this summer! (It should be ready in a matter of weeks though).

09.01.2022 TODAY - 2020 NAIDOC Youth Event (4pm - 7pm) This FREE event in and around the Edge Skatepark and Calista Oval will feature a heap of sports activities: football, basketball, netball, cricket and indigenous games (Nightfields has moved location to be at this event). Free haircuts and food will also be available. Come down with your mates and bring your positive vibes - let's celebrate NAIDOC. ... Thanks to City of Kwinana, Institute of Indigenous Wellbeing and Sport, Zone Youth Space, headspace Rockingham and the Stephen Michael Foundation.
