13.01.2022 2021! Who knows what this year holds, but I think we are prepared for anything after 2020. This year I am back at headspace on Tuesday and Wednesday and will be organising groups for a Saturday which I am very excited about. I am working from Ranges Integrative Health on a Thursday by appointment only.

03.01.2022 Decision fatigue! These 2 words describe how I can feel as a parent of children on the autism spectrum. I finally have these 2 words to sum up the overwhelming expectations of one human that manages other humans to live their best lives. Don't feel guilty if you need a break from this!! I have booked a week where there are no decisions being made....for anyone. I might not even decide to get out of my pj's .....I'll just go with the flow
