23.01.2022 This long term project came in for its final tune and setup the speedo. Under all that chrome in the engine bay lurks an LS1 and 4 speed auto from a late model commodore. With some magic worked through HP tuners we had it running better than ever and a speedo accurate to within 1 kph. We cant wait to see peoples faces when this thing is cruising on the highway returning 10 litres per 100km!

The guys put in a massive effort to put the car on pole position and then win both races on Saturday and Sunday. 21.01.2022 We were recently approached by the Qld government to give our opinions and show our findings on using ethanol blended fuels. Anyone who knows us will know how much we sing the praises of E85, but what about E10? This is the first of a series of videos to dispel the myths around ethanol enriched fuels and using them in your late model vehicle. 19.01.2022 Its not every day that you get approached to tune a motorex invitational award winner. We were asked to get the Silver Fox Chevy bus to go as good as it looks and thats a big ask when it looks so good! Using HP tuners we were able to get great results from the LS1 and 4 speed auto gearbox giving great power and torque while also improving economy. Just the thing when the owner and his friends/family hit the road in this amazing bus!

18.01.2022 Most ute muster guys and girls are just happy to have a loud v8 to roll up in. Not our mate Alex! He bought in his awesome FG GS ute for a StreetFighter stage 1 kit to be fitted and tuned after he had the guys at Albion street auto fit up the exhaust. Not only is this thing insanely loud it now has the power to match. We pulled up tuning at 478 RWHP as we ran out of fuel system! We cant wait to get it back for stage 2 now!

This Father/Daughter built combo brought back great memories for us here when we got to put the magic numbers in its Motec ecu. Also its a little more serious than what we were using on the streets in my teenage years...

14.01.2022 Did you know that EFI Logic can check and service fuel injectors? This is just a few samples of injectors being tested on our flow bench. Not only can we check the amount your injectors are flowing we can check to see how they would react at different RPM and fuel pressures as the fault may not be present until the injectors are put under harsher conditions as seen in the vehicle. What does this mean for you? Well we can perform a full service to your fuel system in house which improves fuel economy, we can also take all the guess work out of a rough running concern and also check your fuel injectors for your race car prior to a meeting! 13.01.2022 Another VF2 SS in for a stage 2 StreetFighter tune. This particular car came to us with the exhaust package already fitted, we were able to see great gains in power and torque all through the rev range while retaining great drivability and even picking up fuel economy in the process. 11.01.2022 And its back to reality for us! After an awesome 3 days of racing and cruising for STREET MACHINE Drag challenge weekend. The old workshop ute performed flawle...ssly all weekend, the only issue was a blown fuel pump fuse on our way into Warwick Dragway (I may have fitted the wrong one in a rush to get on the dyno). I cant even begin to list all of the people that helped us get here, But a massive thanks to Wayne Jones for an awesome set of cylinder heads and just general advice when we need it, Crow Cams Australia Pty Ltd for the cam and valve train, Mal Wood Automotive for sorting out the diff and tailshaft on such short notice, Dyno Dynamics for the accurate measurements and repeatably that we need when tuning, Rowena Favero and Mark for the new wheels still cant get over how good it looks, Justin Murphy for all the hours getting it cleaned up and ready, Jan for looking after the office, Gemma and Alex for the moral support and finally Pete, for being a somewhat helpful co-pilot (only lost our way every time we hit the road...) Justin Murphy had the shop golf buggy at only 5hp and Tim Murphy had it guessed at a huge 6.5hp stay tuned and well update with results! Tim has mentioned something about nitrous if he has to! After a few challenges making it all work together we managed to make amazing power out of the owner built Rover K series. 04.01.2022 What an amazing 12 months it has been for us here at EFI! When Jamie approached us to look after the tuning of his saloonigan Falcon we were excited as we have a long history with Ems Efi ecus and knew we could extract some more power from the big 6 cylinder without compromising reliability. Wed like to think we delivered this to the Furness Motorsport team as the car drove to victory in both rounds of the Queensland saloon cars enduro cup as well as being able to back it up and not only compete, but take the win in the SECOND 300KM race on the sunday at Queensland Raceway for the Australian Production Cars series. We look forward to continuing our partnership with such an amazing crew and a genuinely talented driver!
