Lainie lost 30kgs in her first 12 months with l...ots of hard work and sheer dedication to drop some un-healthy habits. Now Lainie has clocked up 300 visits with EFM Payneham and enjoys the club atmosphere at EFM the most which helps her push through every tough session! Keep up the great work Lainie and you will hold this weight off!

With consistent efforts at the club every week and participating in Pilates to help with mind muscle connection. Max has been able to gain 4 Kgs of lean muscle mass over the last 3 months! Congratulation Max and keep up the consistent efforts to see more results!

Congratulations to everyone as you all achieved massive personal goals and improved your fitness vastly! I am looking forward to running the next challenge at the club and I hope you are as well!
