20.01.2022 I handed a donation of $43,000 to Deputy Chief Pilot Damien Whitham at RFDS Jandakot Base this morning on behalf of the 80 Mile Beach Fundraising Group. This gr...oup of seniors raise funds at 80 Mile Beach Caravan park through seasonal markets with live music, raffles, a book stall and the sale of the 80 Mile Beach Travellers Cookbook. Many thanks to the libraries around the state that donate books for the stall, the craftspeople that provide prizes for the raffles, the entertainers for the concerts and the tradespeople who help people out in exchange for a donation.
