PRACTICE DESCRIPTION: Working from a relaxed lakeside office in Toronto NSW, I work closely with a select group of clients to create thoughtful and considered homes, working between architecture and interiors. My process is rigorous and detailed and ranges from concept design through to contract administration. I’m looking for someone to become a vital member of the team and grow with the pra...ctice. My projects are predominantly in the Lake Macquarie and Newcastle areas. . JOB DESCRIPTION: I am looking for someone who is able and willing to work close with me across a variety of residential projects ranging from concept to construction, whilst also being open to assisting with various office tasks. . The ideal person will: - Be warm, friendly and considerate - Be relaxed but driven - Have an attention to detail - Have a strong interest and proficiency in construction detailing - Have an understanding of local planning controls - Have strong graphic presentation skills - Have the capacity to drive documentation and meet project timelines - Be able to work autonomously and as a team - Have great communication and organisation skills - Be passionate about great design and residential architecture - Have a wholistic appreciation of architecture, interiors and landscape . The role will initially be part-time with the opportunity to progress to full-time. . EXPERIENCE: open to all levels of experience, but ArchiCAD skills are essential .
