18.01.2022 Although this video was a consequence of a poor bet (20 laps of a prowler push with 210kg) it is a great strength exercise! Prowler Pushes are eccentric-less, m...eaning they can be programmed to increase volume without breaking down the athlete. Which is great for new comers or high volume trainers.
