25.01.2022 Hope you all had a wonderful day yesterday with family and friends. Our Christmas day was a quiet one with family, roast dinner and a dip in the pool to cool off! So, now we are on to the madness of Boxing Day and the sales that go along with it.... For us, Boxing Day is our Sons Birthday! Now we have more celebrations tonight as well as Birthday Cake! 19.01.2022 What an amazing difference my wounds look after 3 weeks! I have had a few problems with the wound near my eye splitting for roughly 2 weeks (and I thought the one on my lip would be the problem!) Eventually it has finally stopped that and is healing nicely. Correct-X has been a fantastic addition to my skin care routine and has aided in the healing process. When I had it checked by the nurse when I thought the eye wound was infected, she said to use Vaseline to keep the ...area hydrated. Needless to say that I ignored that particular piece of advice! 15.01.2022 So, 10 days ago I had two possible skin cancers removed via "scraping". The one near my eye ended up needing to be covered as it kept weeping but the one on my lip has been healing well. Although I was told to use a specific cream as well as Vasoline as a barrier, I have been using my CorrectX cream on my lip to keep it from drying out. This cream is amazeballs and has assisted the healing process beautifully! 04.01.2022 I got the results from the biopsies that were taken last month. They both came back as squamous cell carcinoma. As there was a small margin of surface cells still present on my lip, I had the area frozen to kill off the cells. that is all for those ones! I will need to go back in 6 weeks for a check up but all is positive!... 03.01.2022 How is everyone coping these days? This is tonights dose for me. Its been hectic at work with this COVID-19 situation and have been working more hours than I usually do. This has been putting a bit more strain on my body; especially my knee.
