12.01.2022 This weekend saw us travel to Gunnedah with the complete E.K. A Team, and what a weekend it was.. Bonnie, Ned, Moe & Soul all fell short of a finals appearance by either 1-2 points again (considering a name change to One Point Kelpies ), but in a quick break from her pups, Pilbara Trick managed to win the Novice with a strong 95-97 performance, and also take out 3rd in the Improver, which now breaks her status.. I’m so proud of this bitch, she is a true all-round sheep dog..., and the first pup I ever trained.. she will do anything I ask of her & always give it 110%.. Really proud of the whole team this week on what will close out 2020 for us.. Must give a huge shoutout to the Gunnedah Yard Trial Committee for a fantastic well run weekend.. #hypropetcare #hyprograinfree #hyprograinfreeworkingdog

09.01.2022 The E.K. team travelled to Nyngan for the NSW Utility Championship over the weekend,. We caught up with some great mates, and met a few new ones as well. The younger dogs got a bit lost to start with, but Moe managed to get around his sheep in the open and show the work that I knew he had. He is still only 2yo, & I can’t wait for both of us to improve over the next few years. Once again Trick stood out above the rest of the pack penning in the novice and not far off in the op...en, and I managed to let Soul down again Learnt plenty over the course of the trial, and both the dogs & I are better for the run.. Thanks to the Nyngan Sheep Dog Workers Association for a fantastic few days.. See more

08.01.2022 We didn’t plan on having any more E.K. pups this year, but some happy clients that have pups from the last Moe x Trick litter requested that we do the joining again. Due any day now..

05.01.2022 The E.K. & McKillop Teams welcomed Collite Billy & Jean to their packs this week. Both are cracking types and have settled in real well. We are looking forward to see how this whole litter progress..

01.01.2022 The E.K. Team travelled to Forbes Yard Trial yesterday with half of the pack. Bonnie & Ned did extremely well, but it was my favourite E.K. Moe that came away with the chocolates, 1st in maiden & 2nd in novice, with finals under lights. The ribbons aren’t the reason Moe is my favourite, it’s the ability this 2 1/2yo has to read & rate different types of stock in varying situations, both inside & outside. Special mention to my munchkins for their solid effort, not getting home... until after midnight Congrats to Ben Coster for taking out the novice win, all finalists, competitors, judges, and Olly & Felicity for running a great trial. Another day well spent with great mates & family.. Thanks Hypro Premium for looking after our dogs.. Good luck to all open competitors today.. #hypropetcare #hyprograinfreeworkingdog
