20.01.2022 JT Event Photography: COVID-19 Announcement To our beloved JT Family, As we all know by now, our elected leaders have announced emergency policies to combat the widespread impact of COVID-19 in our nation. Such policies include the banning of all non-essential indoor gatherings consisting of more than 100 individuals, as well as the implementation of certain social distancing measures. ... We at JT understand that these new measures will significantly impact the events and entertainment industry, and in turn may put your celebration in jeopardy. Thus, We would like to clarify certain questions that have been asked in the past few days: - We will still be running business as usual: all confirmed bookings will be honoured and we will continue to take new bookings until further recommendations/policies supplied by our health authorities require us to temporarily cease operations. - All our photographers have been given comprehensive guidelines and protocol to ensure the health, safety, and hygiene of all in attendance at your event will be protected. - All equipment, including cameras, flashes, lighting, and props will be cleaned and sanitised before and after all events. - If you’d like to postpone your event, your booking with us will still be valid for the new date. We will honour any and all alterations to your plans, such as changes in venue, date, or timings. - If you’d like to cancel your event, we do understand, and offer a partial refund for any full payments made. Deposits to secure your event will remain non-refundable. - In the event of cancellation, if, at a later date, you decide to host the same event again, we are more than happy to treat it as a postponement and will charge no added cost for a new booking- any refunded or out-standing payments from the cancelled booking will need to be paid. - Due to the current situation, if you have requested for a particular photographer to photograph your event, we can no longer guarantee that the they will be able to be of service. We do guarantee that a suitable replacement will be arranged in the event the requested photographer is unwell or requires isolation, and our usual high standards will NOT be compromised in any way, or your money back. If you have any questions, concerns, or seek to clarify any of the above, do send us a message, and we’d be happy to help. Sending love to you all amidst these turbulent times. We are so very proud of our Melbourne community for achieving all that we have, and it warms our heart to see our dearly missed events industry slowly getting back on its feet.
