18.01.2022 I am leaving without grains for one month now and needed to be creative with my meals. Here is one of my go-to. High Protein Breadless Sandwich ... Egg whites ( I buy the egg whites in boxes) Spinach leaves 150 grams of sliced Turkey Salt peper olive oil How to prepare: Using a non stick pan pour a cup of egg whites and spread in the pan, leave until is cooked and take it as if you are making pancakes. Salt and peper to taste. Prepare one or two of those depends how hungry you are. Fill with Spinash leaves salt , pepper and olive oil, add slices of Turkey close the roll and done! You can add shredded carrots and avocado or make one of each type.

14.01.2022 No Grains bread or pancake If you are off grains here is an option for when you are craving bread. Quick and easy and it does the trick. 90 second Keto bread... 3 tablespoons almond flour 1 egg 1/2 teaspoon baking powder Mix all with a spoon and place dough into a mug, bowl or on a plate for pancake result. Microwave for 90 seconds You can add butter/ salt/ herbs for savory, or honey for sweet. Once ready, cut in half and fill with what ever you like or have as is.

We need to use tools to be on the top of that. Here are some simple steps that can help : - Go for a walk in nature... - Meditate even if it is for 5 minutes ( lots of free apps to help with that : headspace, insight timer,...) - Stop and pay attention to your breathing. 12.01.2022 Here my two simple tips to lose weight. Write it down everything that you eat a day, every day. You don't need a calorie counter which can be overwhelming. Just the act of writing it down in a notebook makes you aware and more conscious and you will naturally think before you eat and choose wisely.... Buy a step tracker and aim for 10.000 steps a day. I thought I would do easily 10.000 a day until I bought one and amazed me how below I was. If it is 5 pm and I am still below 10.000 I go for a quick walk around the block until I achieved my goal. Just being aware of how much you move will make you move more and get better results. Implement those two things and let me know in 4 weeks if you noticed any difference.

04.01.2022 Weekend workout Bar or dumbells ( if at home use water bottles, cans of food , backpack with books ,etc) 10 Sumo Squats 10 Shoulders press... 20 alternating back lunges 10 bench over row 20 alternating front lunges 10 biceps curl Repeat 3 to 4 rounds. Rest in between rounds. This video is on speed. Slow down and control the movement. Breath through it. Watch for form and quality of movement. If it is too much do less reps or do bodyweight with very light weights for the upbody part. Enjoy !
