24.01.2022 Look at these smiles! David Symons, the Artistic Director of The Humour Foundation, and Freddie the Elder Clown, visited Dorothy Impey Home in February to facilitate a full day Laughter Boss Workshop in preparation for the Elder Clown Program, which started this month. There was a lot of laughter, fun and play with everyone learning new skills and techniques to enhance their relationships, bring joy and lower stress of residents, staff and family members. We are VERY excited to be visiting Dorothy Impey Home!

12.01.2022 Yesterday on Wednesday 25th July a special Laughter Boss Training Workshop was provided to the management and staff at some of Sydney’s aged-care facilities. The day focused on helping participants understand the concept of using play and laughter in their everyday work to build connection, develop better relationships and foster well-being not only with residents, but also fellow colleagues. A big thank you to Helena Wylie (#HelenaMovsas) at Dalwood-Wylie Charitable Foundation for supporting this special Workshop and also to Hyundai for providing all our venue needs!
