Homeowner...s and tradies should be aware that even damaged solar panels can continue to produce electricity when they are exposed to sunlight even if the mains power is turned off. Do not touch or attempt any repairs yourself as it can cause electric shock. If your solar panels are damaged get a licensed electrical contractor or accredited solar installer to check them out ASAP. See more

If your split air-conditioning unit stops working, TRY THIS: lift up the cover, and look up a microswitch called EOS (Emergency Override Switch), this might get the air conditioner cooling again by bypassing the fault inside the unit. Some generic brands call this EOS switch AUTO/COOL.

Audited more than 60 people offering electrical work through adverts 20 infringement notices issued 120 improvement notices issued 2 search warrants sought and issued with vital evidence seized A court injunction against SERVICE2GO Pty Ltd for failing to comply with improvement notices issued for unlicensed electrical contracting 11 electrical safety protection notices issued 6 cases reviewed by the Work Health and Safety Prosecutor 2 cases referred to the Electrical Licensing Committee 1 case referred to ESO for investigation 5 matters are still under investigation.
