25.01.2022 Our Ukulele group did a wonderful performance at our Village BBQ yesterday afternoon. The rain held off for an afternoon of beautiful entertainment and sizzling sausages We even had Ted rocking the washboard!

16.01.2022 Our incoming Stage 3 residents have now finished making their interior blind selections. It will be exciting to see their homes come together in a few short months. Everyone has their own taste and style. Here are some of the choices previously made.

The construction team have made the necessary changes required to deal with COVID-19 within their industry and to keep their workers well and safe. Sales office - If you wish to visit the sales office we are open for appointments only. We will be following a strict hygiene routine and social distancing to ensure we take the necessary precautions. The forced closure ...of Toronto Workers Club where our sales office is located is one of sadness for everyone involved. We will miss the presence of the staff and the wonderful daily service of cakes, food and drink they provide to the residents and visitors. We look forward to the reopening when it is safe to do so. Our sales office is located at the entrance to the Club where we can provide access in an appointment situation. Residents - Our residents still remain our primary concern and every precaution within our control is being taken to ensure their safety and wellbeing. Our Village Manager and Groundsman will continue work to be available to take care of our residents.

12.01.2022 TWC welcomes their Annual Giving Tree with all gifts going to the John Hunter Childrens Hospital. Grab a tag from the tree and purchase a gift for the age range, be sure to pop it unwrapped under the tree.

12.01.2022 Great News!! The TWC kitchen is back up and running. Our residents have made good use of the cafe but grateful for the variety of the restaurant once again.

10.01.2022 The Toronto Workers Club re-opening was just in time to help us celebrate the official handover of our new communal garden. Thank you to Eliza at the Club for creating these special goodies and Jenna our Village Manager for organising such a lovely treat.

09.01.2022 It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas here at Elements Our Residents have been busy bees with their Christmas workshop making decorations for the Village.

08.01.2022 Congratulations to the beautiful couple who are moving into this peaceful setting very soon. We had such a lovely time enjoying the space with you this week...we just want to not only work in Elements but move in ourselves. I wonder if they would notice us in the spare room??

07.01.2022 Our groundsman has been very busy in the Village planting the beautiful Photinia hedging ready for our irrigation and turf to be laid on the Northern communal area. It is very exciting to see this all come together here at a Elements

07.01.2022 Our Village has been undergoing some beautification during the construction stage. We now have beautiful bench seats and magnolias added to our freshly top dressed Northern Area. A place for Residents to sit and take in that beautiful view Thank you to Croudace Bay Building Services for all your hard work to help bring this area together. Including our new BBQ area to be completed within the next couple of weeks.

06.01.2022 Just a short drive from Elements is MAC - Museum of Art and Culture Lake Macquarie a wonderful place to visit and enjoy. Our residents guided by the village manager took a trip to this special part of Lake Macquarie last week where they also shared lunch and explored the area. This weekend is looking like a good time to make another visit.

05.01.2022 How can we help prevent the spread of coronavirus? Practising good hand and sneeze/cough hygiene is the best defence against most viruses. You should: wash your hands frequently with soap and water, before and after eating, and after going to the toilet ... cover your cough and sneeze, dispose of tissues, and use alcohol-based hand sanitiser and if unwell, avoid contact with others (stay more than 1.5 metres from people) .
