I’ve been a little pre-occupied with getting through the first trimester of pregnancy! Yes, we’re having a baby! Due in June 2020. To make things a bit easier for me from now on, I’ve made a decision to transfer my massage practice to my home in Elimbah. I will be still seeing clients (until I can’t anymore) and it will be much more sup...portive for me to do it from home. My last day in Maleny will be next Saturday, the 7th of December. 16.01.2022 Two more days of appointments before I head off for my KaHuna Level 7 adventure!! This will be the last KaHuna level to complete. What a journey! KaHuna has changed so much in my life. Its truly an incredible healing system and one of the best decisions of my life. I remember sitting in meditation in Brazil in 2013 and getting an intuitive message to work with my hands. It was very clear and kept repeating in my head over and over again work with your hands, work with your... hands... I wasnt sure how... at that time of my life a possibility of learning massage wasnt in my field of awareness at all. So I went on to study Reiki, Pellowah, Light Dynamics and some other energy healing modalities. Only years later it finally clicked!! Love, love, love KaHuna!! Both to give and to receive! 11.01.2022 Have just had the pleasure to massage a woman that is 42 weeks pregnant! So special. Pregnant bellies are so beautiful! Shes loving her pregnancy and her body. So good to see! Quite an inspiration to me! Being pregnant myself Ive realised how good it is to receive a pregnancy massage! The body is working so hard not just to grow the baby but to grow extra tissue week by week to expand to make more and more room for the baby. Massage really helps to relieve some of the pressure, compression and soreness that a pregnant body feels.

I simply wouldnt be able to do what I do without yoga, meditation and healthy eating habits.... Although my diet hasnt been so great lately... 05.01.2022 NEWS ALERT!! Its been almost three months since I started my KaHuna and Crystal Healing practice in Maleny! and its gone so fast! (at least for me). I feel very blessed: all my clients in Maleny have been incredible! People that I want to work with again and again!... So I have some good news for you. 01.01.2022 Welcome everyone who has recently liked my page! Your support means a lot to me! I would like to tell you a little about me and what I do and if we havent met yet, this might help you to get a little glimpse into KaHuna and what its all about. Ive been interested in mind-body-spirit connection and healing work for a number of years which led me to study yoga, meditation, a few various energy healing modalities and KaHuna Massage & Bodywork. I've completed all 7 Levels... of KaHuna training at Mette's Institute at High Spirits and I'm absolutely in love with and inspired by this incredible system of healing and bodywork. I firmly believe that through working on the physical body we can remove energy blocks and tension in the body on all levels (mental, emotional and spiritual) allowing energy to move more freely. And once this happens, everything in life starts to flow too and the natural state of peace, contentment and wellbeing comes easily. The Hawaiian term "ka huna" means secret knowledge. The masters practicing this philosophy were called "Kahunas" in Hawaii. This type of massage was practiced in temples during sacred ceremonies, especially on the occasion of rites of passage. The KaHuna massage is unique in many of its aspects. Creating subtle balance between masculine and feminine energies, it is carried out mainly with forearms, using long fluid and rhythmic movements that nourish and balance the body, while the pressure of elbows and hands releases muscle tension. The movements are wide and contact with the body is continuous, such as the flow and ebb of the waves of the Pacific Ocean. The practitioner uses dance or Tai Chi type moves as well as breathing and sometimes voice to intensify the power of the treatment. For me KaHuna is more than just a massage and more than just a physical thing. It is a unique healing experience, a journey to emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing. It is about releasing accumulated tension & limitations on all levels, letting go of what is no longer true and coming back to who we truly are. It is about becoming whole and complete within ourselves and being aligned to the highest wisdom of the body and soul. KaHuna is more than just a technique, it is the infusion of pure Unconditional Love. It is giving from the Heart, a magical dance where the giver and the receiver come together for a soulful exchange with a pure intention of sharing in the Unconditional Love that is always present but can only be felt and made available by freely giving and abundantly receiving. No wonder that the transformative effects of KaHuna can be felt for days after receiving the massage!
